He was called “Mr. Pentecost.” Davis du Plessis was a man raised up by God for a specific mission. That mission was to boldly give testimony of the power of the baptism in the Holy Spirit to the leaders of the World Council of Churches at the height of the Pentecostal Movement. “The Spirit Bade Me Go” contains the transcribed talks and messages given by brother du Plessis as he ministered in conferences and services around the world. As you turn the pages of this priritual classic, you will feel the breath of God’s Spirit bringing renewal to your heart.
