Enter into the harmony of faith and tradition with this sublime, hand-carved artistic creation from Val Gardena. The cross, with its stylized shape and softly rounded edges, embraces at its center the tenderest representation: a Holy Family embracing in a protective hug. The woman and man lean with expressions of deep serenity towards the child, creating a focal point of pure tenderness and affection.

The arms of the cross are enriched with splendid celestial symbols in relief the radiant sun at the top, the moon, the cloud with rain, and the stars which frame and bless the scene. Every painting detail, from the delicacy of the complexions to the warm and soft-toned garments, is skillfully applied by craftsmen to infuse life and warmth into the composition.

This sculpture, available in a 15 cm size, is entirely carved in Maple wood, the preferred material for works of this size. Maple gives the cross a fine grain and extraordinary smoothness, enhanced by both the natural finish (N) and the expert handcrafted coloring (C). A masterpiece of craftsmanship that combines devotion and refined Dolfi artisanry.
